튀르키예한국문화원, 23개국 대사관과 어린이날 문화축제 개최

앙카라에서는 최근 국제 어린이날을 기념하기 위해 글로벌 문화축제가 열렸습니다. 이번 행사는 23개국이 참여하여 튀르키의 영유아들에게 다양한 문화를 소개하는 자리였습니다. 한국에서는 한복 입어보기와 김밥 말기 등 전통 프로그램을 제공하여 많은 관심을 받았습니다. 이탈리아, 미국, 일본, 스웨덴 등 다른 국가들도 각국의 특색이 담긴 체험 행사를 진행하여 영유아들이 다양한 문화와 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 이번 행사는 지난 지진으로 인한 피해를 받은 튀르키의 새로운 시작을 대표하는 자리로서 지난 100년 동안의 성장을 기념하기도 했습니다. 이번 행사는 대부분 긍정적인 내용으로 이루어져 있어 많은 관심을 받았습니다. 튀르키와 참여한 23개국들이 서로 다른 문화를 공유하며 새로운 우정을 만들어 가는 자리가 되었습니다. 다양한 문화를 소개하고 서로의 다양성을 존중하는 이러한 행사가 더 많이 열리길 바라겠습니다.

To commemorate International Children's Day, a global cultural festival was recently held in Ankara. This event featured the participation of 23 countries to introduce various cultures to young children in Turkey. South Korea provided traditional programs such as wearing a hanbok and making kimbap, which garnered a lot of interest. Other countries such as Italy, the United States, Japan, and Sweden also held cultural experience events showcasing their countries' uniqueness, allowing children to experience diverse cultures. In addition, this event marked the beginning of a new start, representing the growth Turkey has seen over the past 100 years and commemorating it. This event was mostly positive and received a lot of attention. It became an opportunity for Turkey and the participating 23 countries to share different cultures and create new friendships. The government recently decided to ban the installation of political banners in areas designated for the protection of children, seniors, and people with disabilities. Along with this, guidelines were released that restrict installation of banners under 2 meters high, aiming to balance political activity and a pleasant living environment. The purpose of these guidelines is to minimize the possibility of accidents caused by political banners and increase traffic safety by not obstructing pedestrians' visibility. In particular, the guidelines emphasize that local governments will strengthen their management of banners installed at excessively low positions or in areas where accidents frequently occur nationwide, and political banners that violate the guidelines can be removed by the local government. These guidelines were announced following the request of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety for active cooperation between political parties and local governments on the spot. These measures aim to support political parties to perform their roles more efficiently by enabling orderly political activities, rather than limiting the freedom of political activity. Therefore, these guidelines are generally classified as having a positive aspect.
